I always had a passion to take very good care of my hair which started at an early age. After giving birth to a beautiful baby girl named Zoey. I experience postpartum hair loss. I did a lot of research on how to regrow my hair and the results were very helpful. During my hair regrowth journey, I discovered that a healthy diet with plenty of protein,and using natural herbal oils to strengthen the hair is the best solution to stop hair loss.

I started eating a balanced diet with the right nutrients and I also use herbal oil that I make at home.  This caused my hair to start growing back with intense shine within a short period of time. Now I see the importance of needing the right nutrients that help promote hair growth.
